Need Recommendations

I am wanting to create a website to display my card collection. Which website(s) would you recommend that offer free or extremely inexpensive web hosting (keep in mind that I am cheap)?

I've used powweb.com for several years for my 5 sites. Lots of nice features.

A cheaper alternative is 2Mhost.com. They're low cost and I moved one of my sites there six months ago to try it and have been pleased. A few less tools than powweb, but reliability has been good and cost is very low for dedicated webspace.

picasa is what i use for various photo hosting needs. if you have a gmail/google account then you're already registered with them. they link up to all of your other google things and because it's associated with google you can trust it has good UI, is reliable and has all of the best features (within reason - it's free).
