Hockey (Yes Eric, HOCKEY!)

Over all a fun show. Saturday was much better than Sunday (I also set up as a dealer), but there was plenty of boxes to go through.

Also opened some 90s wax (98 Pinnacle, 97 Pinnacle, 98 score, 99 Pacific Crown Collection, which totally sucked!)

Enjoy.

Great pick-ups! Three questions:

1. How is the Merle Hay show? I've always wanted to make the trip down to it, but am afraid there won't be more than a few tables, and it won't be worth driving from Minneapolis (well, more like from Forest City - I'd stay at my folks' the night before).

2. Do they have a lot of Hawkeye football stuff there?

3. Did you see a dealer who had a TON of fantastic stuff? He has a complete set of 93-94 Finest Basketball Refractors, a Walter Payton auto, Koufax autos, nice Donruss/Leaf game used selection, a ton of NASCAR autos... he has a Killebrew I really want, but couldn't pull the trigger on at the Mason City show. I'm hoping he still has it - he won't do any transactions through the mail, so my fingers are crossed that he hasn't sold it yet.

Paul, let me know

Slette- Yeah, Rich Rielly. He's the promoter of the Merle Hay show.

It was a good show. Some decent amount of Hawkeye stuff.

Through out the weekend there were around 14 different dealers (some only there certain days).

Even quarter cards add up! :^)

Also bought 12,000 commons of newer stuff. Going through them found a Blake Griffin Rookie that i turned around and sold for $12. :^)
