I doubt any of those will rocket in value, so as long as you want what you want then everything is fine. Sometimes $5-$10 truly doesn't matter.

seems about fair to me. It's not like you are dealing in $500 cards so the risk is pretty minimal for either party. As long as you are both happy with the deal, pull the trigger.... no one is getting ripped off
