And considering the average condition of the cards from these giveaways (poor to VG), I wouldn't hope for much.

Not sure if there's a question here.
If you're asking where on that scale should you blindly expect the received card to fall...think no more than $3, possibly lower considering the condition that most will arrive in. Creases, tears, corners missing, ink marks, scratches, etc.
I basically value every card as POOR and then hope to be surprised.
