As was the case in his last outing, Folty started off great. Then ran out of steam in the 6th. He actually had a no-no through 5.

5 IP, 1 H, 2 R, 1 ER, 4 BB, 5 K.

Still, that was a better line than his opponent:

Taillon - 4 IP, 7 H, 4 R, 0 BB, 4 K

And Folty finally got his first Win.

It's really to bad Taillon is on a team that can't field the ball, I hope that dosent hurt his confidence...

So were all of Taillon's runs earned? Cause 0 BBs sound like decent control to me.

Yes. I only post "ER" when it differs from actual runs.

Yes. I only post "ER" when it differs from actual runs.

No only three were earned. Hit team made 3 errors but he also let up 7 hits so...and defiantly better now then later.

That differs from when I first posted it - Milb.com said earlier all 4 were earned.

That differs from when I first posted it - Milb.com said earlier all 4 were earned.

Oh it's no big deal I just double checked cause I thought I had seen the same thing.

That is a WHIP just over 0.50, and a K/BB ratio of 10. Umm, hello :shock: All this as a 20 year old at High A.
