Title says it all. What have you had better success with? I have a stack of BGS 9's that are each a half point subgrade away from gem.

Depends on the card. If it's a 1993 SP Derek Jeter, I leave it in the slab. If it's a modern chrome card that won't really get much of a premium in that 9 slab even if it's .5 away, then I crack it. Also gotta factor in how the card looks. Some cards are just not gonna bump no matter how many times you submit it.
