About time. It looks like the likely candidate will be Greg Reynolds, and not Rex Brothers. Nevertheless, this is fantastic news.

Brothers will have a better chance of getting the call after the next week. With the doubleheader coming, they will need a 6th starter at some point during the week. Bringing up Rex and then sending him back down would effectively blow one of his minor league options. I bet we will see him in a week!
