Jorge De La Rosa is out after 2.1IP; pointed at his elbow. He is out of the game. I'm really hoping he is OK. Enter: Greg Reynolds.

and so is Vance Worley, who will be the 5th starter for the Phillies, probably for a while, since Blanton looks to be out about a month.
