Is Upper Deck allowed to use Team Logos/Symbols/Names? Check out this Glavine with the "A" on his hat and "Braves" on the card.

I think that's from 2008

Edit. It's from 2009. Seller listed it wrong

Interesting. It also says "Atlanta Braves" at bottom, not just "Atlanta." Team names were taboo without licensing. Wonder how they are getting around the old restrictions, or will they be back in court?

EDIT: JoshHamilton is right (wow, never thought I'd say that), it's an old card.

with the dual it looks like someone did a case break of this stuff a day early then pulled it all down
