Mariners activated LHP Mauricio Robles from the 60-day disabled list; optioned him to Singe-A High Desert.
Robles is recovered from his mid-March elbow surgery and ready to begin making appearances in the minor leagues. The left-hander should be able to work his way up to Triple-A in a couple of weeks.

People were saying on here a few weeks ago that TJ surgery might be a possibility... but hes back and pitching! The talk right now is for a September call up if everything goes accordingly to plan health wise.

Let's see if he can pitch without throwing his arm off for now. I hope they take their time bringing him back. Could be a great 1-2 inning guy in the near future for the M's.

Great plan - throw him into the fire that is the CAL. Good thing he won't be there for long.

And if he can actually get his walk rate down. He's averaged nearly a walk every 2 innings each season-that has to improve along with the health.
