Help with price (and info) on this Cobb bat card

Picked this up for what seemed like a good deal. Anyone know what the value is on it? Is it an SP?

Well, it says "ART ifact". I'd google that to see any related companies.

It's from 2003 Topps Gallery I believe. More wondering about value and whether it is an SP.

BV is $120, but this whole set (2003 Topps Gallery HOF ARTifacts Relics) seem grossly undervalued. Ruth books for $180, Greenberg only $40, and Wahoo Sam Crawford is a freakin' $25 card (same as Hank Aaron). These must be either anything but rare, or from a very unpopular set; all those BVs seem low to me. At any rate, it's a pretty sweet card and I'd be damned happy if I pulled it!
