Hes got time to grow and is very young but with Pedroia blocking 2B for a long time will he ever have a chance?

No. I feel pretty much the same way about Miles Head. No where for the guy to play, even though he is showing some very good offensive skills. But as long as either one of them plays well, they're both cheap enough that there isn't much risk even if they get traded. Unfortunately, Head only has one card, and they rarely come up no fleabay.
