Crazy....but I'm going to have to say fake. I work for a major sports team and in my experience, everyone uses VERY high quality stationary. That just looks like regular paper with a Steelers logo on the top.
That, and the fact that it would be absolutely ludicrous to believe that a businessman of that stature would waste his time ripping an opposing fan. Players sometimes don't understand that it's the fans that pay their salaries, but you can bet your ass the owners understand it, and would never try to tarnish that relationship.

It's real.. they did a story on the guy and how he got the letter on the local news here..
