Hunter Pence already has sort of a Philly cult following. After a win vs the Pirates Hunter was asked what was going through his head as he crossed the plate. "Good Game, Let's go Eat" was said and a phillies meme was born.

Hunter Pence is now an expensive autograph at shows. We have a wholesale agreement, but to cover the ball, the autograph, the inscription, shipping, that's where the price needs to be.

With the trade, Hunter isn't a $20 autograph ticket anymore.

Chris is right, I doubled my money on my Pence collection that I sold when he was traded. He was very underrated due to being an Astro, now everyone will get to see that he busts his @$$ every game, is an all around great player, plays with passion, and is a good person

It has less to do with that, and more to do with who his agent is and what it takes to book him at a signing.

That's not too bad when you break down the typical costs of everything involved.
