Now that I think about it, there's a card shop in the York Galleria Mall on the upper level.

Not very impressive. Mostly crappy O's stuff from what I remember. There also USED to be a lame Card/Misc./Antique store in The West Manchester Mall, but I'm not sure if it's still there. Used to have packs, singles and Autos, but I was NEVER impressed. Terrible mall too IMO...
