Need Trade Help

This is a bit of a tough one... and I haven't accepted it yet.

I Give:
Matt Stafford
Ryan Grant
Lee Evans

I Receive:
Ryan Fitzpatrick
DeAngelo Williams
Julio Jones

Here's my hang up... I value Ryan Grant high. I think he has a really high ceiling. I also value DeAngelo Williams low. I definitely think he's the go-to guy over Stewart, but I just don't like drafting running backs from teams destined to lose 12+ games. Also, Stafford is my backup QB (behind Brees) so I'm not really LOSING much by giving him up for Fitzpatrick. I would say Julio Jones is a significant advantage over Lee Evans.

why not see if you can get something other then fitzpatrick since aside from an injury to Brees you will only need a backup for his bye week and you can easily get a guy to fill in for a week off waivers. maybe get a better rb from him and do a 2 for 3 swap or something like that.
