Unless I missed someone, I count only four players from this year's draft.

Jed Bradley
Danny Hultzen
Sean Gilmartin
Mikie Mahtook

Hopefully more will be added.

Sure are going to be a whole bunch of beggars following that Scottsdale team. Should make for plenty of whining graphers when both Harper and Trout shut em down.

Based on past years, this preliminary roster is incredibly weak in my opinion. Obviously the AFL rosters change almost on a day by day basis so its hard to judge until you are actually out there with the amount of additions, subtractions, and injuries. I have been going for the past 6 years and will be going out again this year. Obviously Trout and Harper are cool, but Scottsdale will be flooded with people and dealers.

Yeah I love when a guy has 12 game used bats and wants them all signed. I saw a guy do that 2 years ago with Starlin Castro ::facepalm::

It's better when the player signs one/two or even just outright refuses. Those types of people lose their mind occasionally and start talking trash to the players. Can't find the video, but there is this awesome clip on youtube when a guy chases Pete Rose to his car asking for an autograph, and when Rose refuses the guy just launches the ball across the street and yells. Quality individuals.

Rosters are sound but the Co Op league which is really being supported this year by MLB will be taking the taxi players from the AFL. Players can play the 12:35PM Co Op game along with a night game game in the AFL. The rest of the Co-OP teams will consist of players to old for Instructs.

Teams also having a hard time dealing with the early start date and the Pan American games. A player like Wil Myers will not be reporting to the AFL until Week 4 if he plays in the Pan American games.

These rosters will look way different in 2 weeks but still nice cluster of players for the grapher.

Since 2005, TTM for AFL is very bad. Many people got balls signed by Strasburg and the were signed by the clubbies. These clubbies even swapped out clean OMLB for used Minor league baseballs.

If you do send, Mesa and Peoria have brought the best return %.

Cubs just changed/filled in some missing parts:

Andrew Cashner, Chris Carpenter, Trey McNutt, Brett Jackson, Junior Lake and DJ LeMahieu will be going.

Sure are going to be a whole bunch of beggars following that Scottsdale team. Should make for plenty of whining graphers when both Harper and Trout shut em down.

When you look up stupid in the dictionary, there is a picture of this guy.

Really no different to me then the guys who cries over the card color or autograph they pull from a box of cards.

Difference is, the guy with the box of cards PAID for the product. The people crying over signatures are getting them FREE.

I can't believe that Montero hasn't been traded, hasn't been recalled, and wasn't assigned to the AFL. What the hell are the Yankees doing with him. Obviously he still could be sent to the AFL and might be a September call up. But what the heck?

Yea, but 80% of the public doesn't understand why your crying over a refractors color or scanning it on a message board. And getting into the game isn't free....

He's either going to walk, strikeout, or hit a HR. Can't use that during a playoff run ( Ask the Angels). You could say he is the Willy Mo Pena of catching. Anybody that thinks he is good at it doesn't watch enough baseball or hasn't seen him in person.
