Matthew Moore. He's easily tops for me.
I went with Travis D'arnaud, already the EL MVP and those are some very good numbers.

As much as I like several players in the minors this year, Matt moore hands down dominated. I think it would be hard to argue someone over him.
I voted for Moore. Would been fine with Teheran as well.
