I won a 2011 mark sanchez "super refractor" finest moments auto redemption on monday. Got a strange feeling in my gut to pay quick, he had a $50 BIN and i thought he may try to back out or run or get a better offer. Well, this morning, I wake up to a refund and this little message.
Message from merchant: greg.. i am soo sorry... i have to reimburse you on your redemption card.. the cleaning crew that does my store took my papers they thought were recycle and shredded which they are instructed to do.. i must have left this card on my desk. my fault.sorry
To me its a pretty obvious lie. I sent an email telling him so. I know i will never see the card and i got my money back, should I do more? Neg feedback? Complain to ebay? What are your thoughs and how would you handle this? Should I just let it go and move on and go to the beach with my kids today?
