Interesting!
The Phillies, Twins and Red Sox are the only teams with 100% capacity for the year.
Phillies lead the MLB with 104.3% attendance. They are also only 50,000 people lower than the Yankees for total attendance with 2 less home games played and 9,000 less seats. The Phillies also have the largest average per game, while having the 13th largest stadium in all of baseball.
The numbers of teams still with a shot at the postseason, in percentage of attendance:
NL
Phillies- 104.3%
Atlanta- 59.0%
Brewers- 88.8%
Diamondbacks- 50.1%
I don't think San Fran will make it and it's a shame as their fans support the team at a whopping 99.8%
AL
Yankees- 89.6%
Tigers- 78.0%
Rangers- 72.8%
Red Sox- 101.7%
Angles- 85.5%
