Is there a way to contact the owner of an account via email?
I have done some searches on some cards and I can find them in people's buckets but I can't find a way to contact them to see if they are available?

At this point, there isn't any way to contact them. However, maybe google their bucket and see if they have posted it anywhere? That would allow you to join that site and PM that person.
