I have a feeling Strasburg may be the new Greg Maddux from here on out. Won't overpower you to rack up the strikeouts like he did in his rookie season before he blew out his elbow but probably will be an effective pitcher.

hmmm, probably selective highlights then. It seemed most stuff I saw in video of his second start was 87-91 with an occasional high 90's. I do know few runs allowed and low K's in both starts so he's definitely not the fireballer strikeout artist he was in his brief 2010 career.
Maybe that will come back with time or maybe he's decided to redo his pitching style and protect his arm by throttling it back while remaining effective.
