Hey, twenty years of mediocrity has to get you somewhere.

In all seriousness, nice to see him finally get it. He hasn't been an effective starter in a hell of a long time but it's nice to see a guy that age still going out there. He was brutal tonight but the Sox offense sure wasn't going to let it get away.

Well, not even Tazawa could screw up the bazillion run lead, thankfully. Even had Trever Miller warming in the 'pen to try and make it a ball game again.

Nice to see the Old Man do it.

I was thinking the same thing.

Almost weird to say after all this time (seemed at times he'd pitch forever) - but he really does look done at this point.....so nice that he was able to get the win tonight.
