PSA Crossover frustration

Sent in an 07 Bowman Chrome Tim Lincecum Ref Auto for crossover. its in a BGS 9.5 with 9.5,9.5,9.5,10. They sent it back "Minimum Size Requirement"? How can a Bowman Chrome be undersized. They can't be trimed, and refractors have 8 layer print technology.

They can't be trimmed?

MSR doesn't mean trimmed...it would have been rejected for trimming if that were the case. MSR is a factory defect.
