Outside of refs and his gu cards, what in your opinon is THE darvish card to get right now?

I'm thinking the wbc chrome redemption card.

no, theres redemptions for a single WBC card that isnt available in packs.
They are all refractors though I believe, so the WBC redemption is excluded by your own stipulations

Well that orange ref is sexy for sure, but im talking about non refractors and gu cards.
Theres a bunch to choose from from box set to bc to redemptions, etc.

Just checked all 5 of mine, all of the WBC redemptions are refractors

But isn't a ref the only way that card comes?
Ill clarify saying that the redemp is "ok" because its not a parallel.

Unless I'm wrong, a little confused w this card.

None from any American company is the answer.
Something BBM has the most rarity Im sure

Again, he doesnt want parallels, just the best base card apparently.
If we are going after parallels, the BBM New Generation is /50 and is not an expensive card, but its pretty sought after. Can be had for around 50.00

This isn't THE card to have, but is a cool insert. Very metallic looking in person. This is the base version. There is a gold version too.

This is the only way this card came. No base version no parallels. Only refractors. So id say this is a base card and likely fits his criteria. It was a redemption as people have mention.

Here is what the redemption card looks like

The redemption wasnt for any specific player. You redeemed them and it said you get #8 or #2 etc... and later during the WBC Topps announced who each card was. It was a crap shoot... now you see the no names... they were no names in 2009 as well.
