Had the opportunity to meet Jose Batista yesterday. I work at a jet center here in Sarasota and one of the jets was picking up Joey Bats. Very nice guy as we talked for a few minutes. I found out he lives locally in Bradenton, and also found out the Blue Jays must not pay him enough. He had 2 SUVs full of luggage I had to deal with and no tip whatsoever. Anyways just had to share. Wish I had a picture to share but im not allowed to at work
