Has anyone had this Ebay/PayPal problem...ugh

Buyer said he never received item, but didn't open a dispute. I decided to issue refund.

Buyer received item, and now I can't in touch to get my $$$ back. Seems to be a casual user.

Anyone have simular problem?

Why did you issue a refund prematurely?

Does your tracking state the item has been delivered?

No, buyer sent message within hrs after refund he received and hasn't answered back.

Last time I issue a refund prematurely...it's been a bad month all around.

Maybe buyer sent you a message saying he not get, but did, then sent you a message saying not , so you would refund.
And even though it shows it was now in his possession. I would have waited until he opened a dispute. Buy hey hind-site is 20/20
