The Rangers have had meetings over the last few days with Avery about him joining them for the rest of the season. He had meetings with players and coaches and they have said that after he clears waivers they will sign him and Dallas will pay half his salary.
I can't believe they would sign that nut cake but the truth is every team wants an Avery type player on the squad.
Should be interesting,hope they play Calgary before the season ends.
