I am in a dynasty league where we get to keep 9 players + a 4-man farm team, which is cannot be adjusted at the end of the season. Here are the 8 I am planning to keep and my 4-man farm team. I need a bit of advice on who to make my final keeper. Line-up includes 4 outfielders, 1 at each infield position PLUS an extra infielder, 4 SP and 2 RP.
Keepers:
1B - Freddie Freeman
1B - Paul Goldschmidt
OF - Matt Kemp
OF - Mike Stanton
SP - Clayton Kershaw
SP - Clay Buchholz
SP - Ervin Santana
RP - Jonathan Papelbon
??????????
Farm Team:
SS - Francisco Lindor
OF - Mike Trout
SP - Stephen Strasburg
SP - Michael Montgomery
Here are the guys I am considering to keep in the last slot. One is a big-time prospect I didn't have room for on the Farm Team:
OF - Bryce Brentz
SS - Alexei Ramirez
OF - Alex Rios
C - Geovany Soto
I am leaning towards Ramirez. But will Rios or Soto possibly have bounce-back years making them keeper-worthy? Also, since I will obviously be bringing up Strasburg and Trout off the Farm Team right away, should I keep Brentz to immediately put on the Farm Team, or try to draft him late?
Thank you all for any advice!
