Great pickup for the Yankees in Meyers... he was the Nationals MiLB pitcher of the year in 2009

Flaherty and mattair two palyers I have way to much of. Hopefully it works out for both

So for the 1st phase, the player has to stay on the 25 man roster or be returned to the team, is that correct?

I think they pay 50,000 and if they dont stay on active roster then they are
returned for 25000
