Set collectors may prefer the peel intact to keep it consistent with the reset of their (intact) set, having options here is good for potential buyers.

Of course you can add in the auction description that the winner could peel it. I just remember this question/situation 10-15 years ago with Pinnacle and Finest LOL.

I'm of the belief that it doesn't really matter on these. The coating is so sloppily applied that as an end user you are almost forced to remove it anyway. Then again, I'd keep it on if you are selling it, might as well leave that decision up to the buyer.
