I know they have hobby packs in those value boxes, but 2 of the top 4 hits are in retail? What are the chances the Harper is too???

Oh God. Here come the people to blast Topps for "purposefully putting these hits in retail" even if they are randomly placed hobby packs.
It's odds guys. Does it suck? yeah. Is it a conspiracy by Topps? No.
Lesson? If you can't handle not getting "the" hits, then stop complaining, don't buy cases or buy these value boxes.

In all honesty, I was never a fan of "hobby" and "retail", especially as shops became more and more scarce. I understand the reasoning but at the same time, collectors didn't necessarily have a choice in their locations anyway. I guess what I'm saying is even if there was a grand Topps conspiracy I don't give a rip
