We've all done it. We've caved and sold a card we know we should have never moved. What is the one card that you wish you had never sold? Why?
Back in 2001 I was just getting back into the hobby. It was a great year with tons of product to bust, and great rookies to chase. I remember visiting the LCS of my childhood and just being in awe of all the new cool things that were added to the products. In that first trip back, I bought a box of 2001 Fleer Platinum and a pack of 2001 Fleer Red Sox 100th Anniversary. I made my purchase and dashed to my car to rip the pack open. What I found in that one pack got me hooked immediately. I rushed back into the shop to show off my pull.
Not serial numbered, but a stated print run of 100.
A year later I sold it at the Chicago National. I still look for it from time to time and would really like to pick one up again. I will always regret selling the damn thing.
