For me it was football but a 1985 Lawrence Taylor. HUGE Giants fan and it was the first Giants card I had ever pulled (I was 7)

'91 Score Dream Team of Canseco. That was on the heels of the Bo B&W '90 Score.

1992-93 Ultra Shaquille O'Neal "All-Rookies". Bought a single pack at a mall card show and hit it when they were going for $100.00. Traded it for a few boxes of wax.

1982 Donruss Carl Yastrzemski.

Out of a Cello pack at my Grandmom's local 5&10. Yes, I said 5&10, called Newberry's, if anybody remembers them...

1984 Topps Don Mattingly RC and the Sandberg 2nd year from that set. I was also stoked to hit the 1985 Sandberg Topps after his MVP season.

I was opening packs right after I got back into the hobby last year and said I would really like to pull a Descalso for TTM the net pack I opened had one in it lol. I remember going YES! I got it! lol the guy who was working at the shop was laughing his ass off. The next pack I pulled a Josh Johnson auto and was just like mehh.

I pulled the same card as well still have it. Also pulled a Rookie Sensations from the Fleer set. Also pulled the Upper Deck Trade and SP from packs man basketball cards were awesome in the 90s...I guess I used up my luck in 8th grade.

Probably a 1986 Donruss Jose Canseco, because it was so valuable back then.

It was either a 2001 Upper Deck Wilton Guerrero (lolwut? I was excited that I had pulled Vlad's brother), or when my parents bought me a pack of 2001 Topps (Opening Day I believe) and I pulled a Golden Moments Mark McGwire card (after telling my parents that I WAS going to pull a McGwire card)

95-96 SPx Michael Jordan. $5 a pack for 1 card in 1995 was unheard of especially for a 10 year old. Living around Chicago idolizing MJ it was pretty awesome.
