Good morning guys. I hope everyone has a great day.

I haven't been around hardly, if at all, lately. That probably won't change for the immediate future. I am working on getting a promotion at work. Target has their own terminology on things, so I am currently a team member (regular employee) and the promotion would be to team lead which is like a department manager.

I have been working 6 days a week; my regularly scheduled 5 plus an extra day to train for the team lead position. My store manager wants me to interview and be approved for the position the first week of December. So I will be continuing to spend a lot of time at work trying to get everything squared away to get this promotion. Add on to that that Black Friday and Christmas are upcoming and I will be working my ass off! :lol:

On the positive, December 6-9, we will be in Cincinnati for RedsFest. We are both very excited. Crystal and I are lucky to see each other 1 day a week, so we can't wait to have a 4 day mini vacation. We are staying at a hotel that is directly across the street from the convention center where RedsFest is held.

I had an awesome mailday this week that I will be showing shortly as well.

Good morning all.

Going to sight in my rifles this morning. I have a 30-06 and a .243 caliber bolt action rifles I use during deer gun season. Season starts a week from today. Might take the black power 50 cal. with me also. Black power season starts Dec. 1st.

That is REALLY weird. It went right through for me too earlier, but then when I checked again, my bid was taken away and I can't bid. Never had this happen before. I have 100% feedback and I have everything shipped to my US address so I don't know what the problem could be.

Nope, set to USA. And his listing says he accepts international bids anyway... I'm stumped.
