My collecting habits ebb and flow as well. Right now, I have 47 things on my eBay watchlist. Out of those, maybe 7 - 10 are actually items I would buy. Barry's hit the nail on the head with his comments regarding the season starting and the economy. Once the season is in full swing and we have actual performances to discuss, I think the wet blanket that is the off season, will be lifted and peoples collecting
will be back. IMHO, of course.

Or just do something else for a little while.

Read a book. Work on a project at home.

That's what I'm doing. Working on getting everything the way I want it in the house, getting ahead on school work, and working on a second hobby.

Congrats on the haul Pete.

Steve - nothing wrong with taking some time to enjoy what you already have. I never get tired of the hobby, ever. If nothing else, I enjoy reading about the history of the game, which in turn makes me want to buy/trade for vintage:D

I have a million other things to keep me busy, as of late. Full-time job. Side job, in which I just put a bid in for tonight. Following Steve-a-reno's footsteps and diving into advocare. Family. It's just frustrating that some young people can make me feel this way. No offense to the young fellers here, but all three bad deals were young folks. One here, one of blowout and one on Facebook.

Good luck with everything, sir! And sorry to hear you got screwed on some deals, that'll put a damper on anything. The future of the country is in the hands of us young folk, we're not all bad, I promise. ;)

I'm not surprised that your deals gone bad were with younger collectors. I guess I've found quite a few young collectors who seem much more mature than others their age, but then there are still quite a few who should not be on the forums. But I am sorry that you were one of the unlucky ones to have encountered problems with younger collectors. There are a few that make us look bad

New episode of The Walking Dead in a few minutes!

I want to watch it! But I got into the series too late and I just finished watching Season 2 on Netflix yesterday :( I need to find the other episodes, which means I'll probably just have to wait for it to come out on Netflix, and then just stay behind everybody else

We just finished season two on Netflix as well. Been steering away from any Walking Dead thread/talk to avoid spoilers. Sounds like it will be awhile before the next season is available since its still on season 3 :(
