Good Afternoon Gents! Another busy day at work but it is flying by nicely. I hope Friday has been treating everyone okay and hopefully the weekend is around the corner as well :)

Adam - That Nellie glove piece is pretty nice. How many players do you have from that set?

George - That Musial patch auto is a beauty. Can't wait until I'm in a position to go after a certain patch of his ;)

Tony - The dual Ruth/Gehrig is the best GU I have seen for either of them outside of patches

If I were doing the set, I'd have quite a few.. I don't go for the newer players like Chipper or Juan Gone. I stick with the old gloves that have character. Thanks for the compliment, though!

I actually didn't do as well as I thought. Caught a message from someone else who tracks them, and it looks like I overpaid by about $15. :( It kind of evens out, because I got my Campy for about 50% what they normally go, though.

As far as letting it go, I have a huge glove, hat, cleat (less used GU) PC going that I had been wanting these for... but it's also one of the last 4 someone else was looking for so they'd have first shot if I did end up getting rid of it.

You mean it was sitting for a while, wholly smokes, ive been looking for one for a while myself on ebay. I never look at comc. What did you pay? I dont think you over paid being that older memorbilia is making a huge leap.

Nothing recent but hopefully soon. Made a good sale with 4 different cards and am awaiting payment on those which will pay off a few card debts then I can move on to other stuff. I'm hoping to bust some wax as it has been awhile and my LCS sent me a text to stop by this weekend as they have a few cards I might like before they put them in the display cases which I'm excited about :)

Good afternoon.. It was a great experience and since it was National Adoption day, Wendy's was there to give all the kids balloons, and just in Washington State, today there were supposed to be 4500 adoptions..

Here's a couple of pics from today.. I'm the guy in the purple shirt and tie with the grey hair.. You can see the two girls sitting in the Judges chair after the ceremony..

and of course to top it off.. UPS dropped off my 2 cases of 2013 Topps Chrome Football..

Have a great afternoon!

That's awesome! Well, the adoptions are pretty cool as well ;) But of course I'm really speaking about the adoptions. What a great experience to be a part of!

Had a little left over cash in my COMC so I paid $60 for the Fox and $10 for another Boyer limited glove.

I have my Samsung S2. Best feature? Ebay. Easy to take a picture and list an item. Good camera too. Totally replaced my regular digital camera.

And I have an iPad 2. Best feature? Buying off ebay and FCB.

I have a Galaxy S2 as well, the LTE version. (In the States it was called S2 Skyrocket.) It's my first smartphone and I still love it. I never liked the rather small screen of the iPhone. I'm not really a techie so I don't care what advanced features iPhones might have. I like the ease if use, camera, speed, etc of my Samsung, and the larger screen.

Good evening guys. 4 hours til closing.

I'm pretty stoked to see the stuff my coworker brought in. Wish he had more baseball cards. Lots of mid 90s basketball cards, which I know nothing about, along with the Princess Diana envelopes, wizard of oz cards, and the auto'd 8x10s.

But He did have a Bagwell auto, which I will ask him for and it should make a nice addition to my PC. :)

So I joined a new forum today, don't fret it is a Land Rover forum to discuss your rig. Anyway this site and that site use similar web format. FCB is far easier to use and less drama to post. As a new user, I hope it goes away, but every post is approved making at least my tragic super slow.

I know we have issues but man this is way easier.
