Good afternoon all. Feeling like I'm coming down with a cold that's been going around town the last few days. It knocked my mom out for a couple of days, and now my grandma, sister, and I have all started coming down with it. I'm exhausted and could go for a nap right now, but I'm going to hold off with hopes of being able to go to sleep early tonight. I did have some mail today which always makes the day better. Got a 2010 Ginter signed by Michael Cuddyer and then a couple of cards that were in Arizona on consignment to get signed (2009 Ginter Jeff Samardzija and 2013 Ginter Alexei Ramirez) gonna get them scanned in eventually this week

Evening all, sitting at home watching ghost adventures and waiting for my real estate agent to call me with a counter offer to my counter offer...it kills me how this seller is trying her best to low ball me on the price of the house. In my mind I'm saying "look lady, idc if you want to go south and be with your new
Grand baby, stop trying to pull the innocent elderly woman scam"
