Finally finished getting these 2 areas cleaned up from weeds and leaves. Never thought it would be so difficult removing all the little weeds that were in there.

I only have 3 more in the back yard and all of the front yard to do. Not to mention the area behind the palms and basically scalping the grass and putting down seed and cover soil. Yeah me!!

Sunny weather, warm temps, palm trees blah blah blah rub it in. We're lucky to get a dry 60 degree day.

LOL... Sorry man. I suppose this is one reason I will never live somewhere that when someone says it is going to be X degrees tomorrow that they have to specify above or below zero!
