That is the luminescent.

Luminescent - whole card has the refractor sheen
Illuminator - card is plastic/translucent (see-through) with certain details having the refractor sheen

The Pudge is very nice and has no print lines and just 2 small chips on the front bottom left corner. The Juan is just awesome as are the Biggio and Bagwell.
