Boy did Girardi screw up by not challenging that call. Since I'm a Yankees fan, does anyone have extra rope so I can hang myself? How in the Hell do you blow a 5 run lead? :(

Last I had saw the Yankees had a 8-3 lead in like the 7th or something so naturally I assumed they would win and turned it off. I tune back into baseball right before the D-Backs game starts and when I first heard the announcers say the Indians had won I thought it was a mistake (just a minute ago the TBS announcer said Strasburg gave up a couple "points" in the 6th so naturally I assumed he was an idiot). I had to log into mlb.com just to confirm.

It's very well possible both teams could clinch in game 3. I could compare starting pitchers to get a better perspective but so far, that's been a terrible way to predict game outcomes this postseason.

Well it helped that Lindor hit a grand slam and Bruce was on all night too. The worst call for the Yankees, that started it all, was taking out CC after just 77 pitches. I said Yankees in five but this series is over.

They are relentless but I still give the nod to the Astros making it for the AL.

I used to listen to all Boston vs Cleveland games online through the Cleveland broadcast, because I love their announcer the most in all of MLB. The dude is off the charts excitable.

You can barely hear him screaming, but just listen to him on Lindor's grand salami: https://www.mlb.com/video/lindors-grand-slam/c-1860905083?tid=6479266

I'd also like to show some love for Strasburg tonight: 7 IP 3 H 0 ER 1 BB 10 K His outing: https://www.mlb.com/video/strasburg-ks-10-in-game-1/c-1860971183?tid=6479266

Cubs won, however. Grats to them.

The Nats are ALWAYS eliminated in the first round and the D-Backs just don't appear to be nearly as good as the Dodgers so I'm going with:

Dodgers vs. Cubs in the NLCS
And still the Indians vs. Astros in the ALCS
Dodgers vs. Astros in the WS

Despite how bad I'd like to see the D-Backs make it...

Tom Hamilton. Best Play by Play caller in Baseball currently.

On another note, a HUGE bull moose just walked right under me while I was out on my 2nd floor deck. I'd never seen one in my town before! He walked right under me. Amazing.

Ok, back to baseball...

Dodgers up 7-2.

Game 3 rapidly approaching, I hope Doug Fister pitches this afternoon and not his alter ego "batting practice man"

I imagine he's on a very short leash today, esp with Price ready in the pen. I'd feel better with Price starting, but Fister can be okay if he's on.

Just read Altuve has MLB-best road OPS this year: 1.081. Crazy. Gotta shut that little guy down.
