I guess what I'm also wondering is that if this situation went as escalated to an "iem not as described" case on Ebay, trying to figure out how Ebay would judge the situation

I was thinking possibly a prime patch card that was faked with the current logo patch. however, it is low serial #'ed, and clearly stated Prime on front of card
