I thought the Emerald "Moments" were the ones produced to /30?

I think his '90 Leaf has topped out, plus they're are a ton of his '90 Leaf in a PSA 10 (2,000+). Pre HOF induction, his RC's took a spike and now it's settling back down. His '90 Leaf in a BGS 10 easily took in a $1k, but it's since dropped in the $800 area...
Does anyone have information on these 1992 Arena Hologram Prototypes? I just can't find any information on them such as, how they were distributed, production run, etc... I have not seen any, aside from these and a Joe Montana prototype. Any help is much appreciated...
Magic and Griffey Jr collectors, have any of you seen these Arena Hologram Prototypes before? I also have a Frank Thomas, but can't find any info on them as far as distribution and/or production run.
The back of the Griffeys have a 4 digit number suggesting that the run could be as high as 9999...
Those mirror examples, above, are the Pinnacle Certified and I believe they didn't have a production run, but rather just stated odds in packs (reds were 1 in 98 packs, blue was 1 in 199 packs, and the golds were 1 in 299 packs). The 1997 Totally Certified Mirrors were numbered on the back of...
