If your shopped carry's Topps Jumbo products they a authorized HTA store and would have the option of signing up for this promotion, unless they did the Topps 2012 FB kickoff packs and did not follow the rules and resold them online, then Topps did not let those dealers in on the Spring Fever...- Brad Barber

Yes, that is the same except redemption ticket except mine had a hologram with numbers on the right side of it. This was the huge marketing item behind 2012 Topps was the GOLD RUSH and look for the Golden Ticket.
