    Willie Randolph was one of the many young players who were traded for vets as the Pirates battled for division titles during the '70s. The 1976 SSPC was an eBay purchase.

    Orlando Pena is fantastic. He signed the Card Saver to me con afectos - with affection - and signed the custom card as well, adding his career start and end dates.

    Freddie Patek had a reputation for not signing TTM, so I was pretty elated when this 2018 Heritage card came out.

    Here's Dave Parker. Sorry to be underwhelming, the Cobra is definitely deserving of an upgrade. The 2023 Topps Heritage High Numbers set has a 1974-style Parker auto that would look good here.

    Not sure how this Ed Ott card came into my life. It reminds me of the trivia fact that Ed had the shortest MLB name in history and that the record for combined shortest last names by road roommates were the Brooklyn Dodgers Billy Cox and Preacher Roe.

    Despite the fact that he is one of my all-time favorite Pirates, and has a beautiful signature, I don't have a lot of Al Oliver. Obviously that's because @mrmopar has them all. The faded ball was a gift from a co-worker who got it at an event. I have a signed ticket from a Columbus Clippers...
