    Sorry to the OP. That buyer is an impatient ass. It’s one thing to have USPS perform a trace, that’s about solving a problem. But making what is clearly a USPS problem yours to handle?     For the rush shipment, I would advise only doing that on your highest $ cards, don’t do it for low end. It is a per card fee, I think 50 cents each, for rush.     I follow the set so while not a Jeter guy I think I am decently qualified to opine. I would peg the value around $100-150, being realistic about it. Up to $150 if you take your time with best offer, maybe $80 if a no reserve $.99 auction.
