ebay listing questions
Low value items are fine to send with PWE and no tracking. Yes, you open yourself up to being scammed as the buyer just needs to tell eBay they never received it. With no tracking, eBay will automatically rule for the buyer and you will refund the entire transaction. Only sell things this way... -
