This may be a stupid question, but what stops an eBay buyer who receives a card (or any package for that matter) from claiming the item was damaged/missing, leaving negative feedback, and claiming a refund? -

I hate to sound foolish, but in this instance, does "backdoor" simply mean someone not working for the printing company gained access to some cards? Or that same scenario, but with a worker from the company? Or a completely different scenario? -
