I am not an expert in this subject but I am pretty sure that no reputable online gambling site allows bets on credit. Is there more information that he is not sharing with you here? It sounds like he is reloading his account rather than paying off a debt since there is nothing an offshore book... -

I'm sure we will find out soon but there is someone on ebay who is selling the unnamed RC auto as Freddie Freeman and claims he called Topps to confirm this(not sure about the mystery prospect). It probably wouldn't be fair to random them just yet especially if they correlate to specific players...- Taikob
