“Crossed off” 4 cards in one, as I have been looking for the #’d /100, /75, /50 and the /25 version (for some reason they were on my checklist) for 20 years, and after finding this I discovered each player only has ONE version and Gwynn was the purple #’d /25!! I’d imagine most of you already knew this, I just wasn’t paying attention!

Not a card, but this 1991 Cubs Calendar I found is the most 90's thing ever. That Greg Maddux photo is so Maddux. Best 99 cent purchase in a long time!

That kicks ass. I would have guessed late 80's, but I suppose the early 90's weren't that different. Definitely very much of its era. And the Maddux...he looks like a choir boy. Completely belies the dirty - and very funny - sumbitch that he actually was.

Long story short my BIG consignment company I hired to sell this 1/1 masterpiece failed to get it graded by both PSA and Beckett so I feared the worst. After calling in a favor and having a very credible member of the industry submit this card for me it finally came back. I’m fielding all offers right now (already have a 9 and 10k offer) but I’m being transparent and letting everyone know that I’m shopping around offers right now.
